How it all started...
While moving from Iowa to Oregon after college I visited Yellowstone for the first time and took the photo below. That blob in the road is a grizzly bear. It was taken with a crappy point and shoot film camera and is an all around terrible photo. However, it ignited a passion for photography, wildlife and the National Parks.
After that day, I began to really study photography and tried to learn everything I could about my subjects. I think I've improved quite a bit from that first photo and I hope you agree.
